Design of batching bin Various powders can be sent to the batching bin (also called powder bin) by belt conveyor, hoist, air conveyor, pulse conveyor, etc. In order to make the powder material unloading smoothly in the silo, a vibrating hopper is set at the discharge port, which can solve many problems caused by gravity feeding of the materials in the silo, such as arching and segregation.

    At the same time, it also serves as a gate and can achieve the purpose of coarse feeding to improve weighing accuracy. Feeding can adopt electromagnetic vibrating feeder, adjustable motor vibrating feeder, screw conveyor according to different types of powder materials to realize fast and slow feeding to ensure weighing accuracy.

   Batching warehouse structure The batching bin is composed of upper and lower parts. The upper part is a vertical cube or cylinder for storing powder, The lower part is a truncated pyramid or truncated cone, which is the discharge channel for the powder. The taper of the cone is directly related to the smoothness of the unloading, so the horizontal included angle of the cone bin should be greater than 50°, otherwise it is easy to stagnate.

    The main structure of the powder silo is generally constructed of reinforced concrete or a steel silo (usually 10mm thick steel plate). There are also lining steel plates, cast stones or other wear-resistant linings that can reduce frictional resistance on the inner wall of the silo. The cone discharge port is mostly made of steel structure, which can be used in conjunction with vibration and arch breaking devices.

    For the storage of fine ore, concentrate, slaked lime, fuel and other materials with high humidity, a conical metal structure silo with an inclination angle of 70° should be used to store limestone powder, quicklime, CDQ powder, returned ore and blast furnace ash, etc. Material, can adopt conical metal structure or semi-metal structure silo with groove angle not less than 60°
